Ricotta cheese bundt cake: the recipe to make it fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
250 of ricotta cheese
50 g of seeds oil
50 g of milk + 30 g of warm milk
3 eggs
1 lemon zest
1 packet of saffron
180 g of sugar
280 g of cake flour
1 packet of vanilla-flavored baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Powdered sugar for decoration
Directions:
1. Mix eggs with sugar and lemon zest.
2. Then add ricotta cheese, seeds oil and milk.
3. Sift and add flour, baking powder and salt.
4. Dissolve saffron and add it to the batter.
5. Pour into a mold and bake at 180° for 40/45 minutes.
