Potato millefeuille: the recipe for an easy and tasty dish

Ingredients:
1 kg of potatoes
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
Sweet paprika
Olive oil
Rosemary (fresh or dried)
50 g of breadcrumbs
80 g of grated cheese
150 g of provola cheese
200 g of sliced chicken breast
Directions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them in thin slices (1 or 2 mm thick).
2. After washing them place them onto a cloth and dry them well to get rid off all excess water.
3. Place them in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, oil and rosemary.
4. Oil the bottom of a baking tray and sprinkle with some breadcrumbs.
5. Place the potatoes making an even layer, then sprinkle them with some grated cheese.
6. Make another potato layer, then fill with provola cheese and chicken.
7. Cover with some more potatoes, grated cheese, breadcrumbs and some olive oil.
8. Bake at 190 degrees fro 35-40 minutes.
