POLENTA: with just a few ingredients you can make it easily!

INGREDIENTS
1.5 liters (6 1/3 cups) of water
350g (2 ¼ cups) of cornmeal
Salt to taste
METHOD
1. Pour the water and salt into a large pot, place it on the stove, and bring to a vigorous boil.
2. Slowly pour in the cornmeal while continuously stirring with a whisk to avoid lumps.
3. Lower the heat and continue cooking the polenta for about 40 minutes. The polenta should simmer, and you should keep an eye on it, initially stirring with the whisk and then with a wooden spoon.
4. The polenta is done when it is firm and easily pulls away from the sides of the pot.
5. Finally, turn the polenta out onto a round cutting board.
