Pumpkin garlic bread: the easy way to make it fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
3 cups ( 375g) all purpose flour
2 tsp dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper, optional
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp chopped scallions
1 large egg, beaten. Save 1 tbsp for egg wash.
1 cup (250ml) warm milk
4 tbsp soft butter/margarine
Fresh pumpkin cut into small cubes (we need 12 pieces for this recipe)
Directions:
1. In a large bowl mix flour, dry yeast, sugar, pepper, garlic powder, salt and scallions.
2. Add egg, milk and butter.
3. Make a uniform dough and cover it for 60-90 minutes.
4. Then divide it into 12 pieces and make the bread rolls, cover them for 30 minutes.
5. Add beaten egg, pumpkin cubes and bake at 180° for 25-30 minutes.
