Zucchini and potato casserole: you really need to try this recipe

Ingredients:
3 medium zucchini
2 medium potatoes
1 onion
1 bell pepper
Mushrooms 300g
Salt and pepper
Sweet paprika
Garlic powder
Parsley
4 Eggs (M)
Parmesan 50g
Corn starch 90g
Bread crumbs
Mozzarella cheese
 
Directions:
1. Grate the courgettes and squeeze them well.
2. Then grate the potatoes and add them to the courgettes.
3. In a pan, cook the onion, pepper, mushrooms, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and parsley.
4. In the bowl with the courgettes add the eggs, parmesan, starch, salt, pepper, paprika and parsley.
5. Assemble the flan and bake at 180° for 30-35 minutes.
