Apple sponge cake: the delicious dessert to enjoy with your guests

Ingredients:

3 eggs

130 g sugar

1 pinch of salt

130 ml sunflower oil

150 ml milk

Zest of orange or lemon

300 g flour

10 g baking powder

2 apples

Directions:

1. Mix the eggs with the sugar and salt.

2. Then add oil and milk.

3. Add the orange (or lemon) zest and mix well.

4. Add sifted flour and baking powder.

5. Pour the mixture into a mold and add the apple slices.

6. Bake at 180° for 35-40 minutes.
