Cacio e pepe spaghetti: the delicious Italian recipe to try right now

Ingredients:
200 g spaghetti
80 g pecorino cheese
Black pepper
Directions:
1. Pour the water in a pot and bring to boil it (then add the spaghetti into the pot).
2. Mix some hot water with pecorino cheese and make a creamy mixture.
3. Heat the minced black pepper in a pan and add the cooking water.
4. Finally add spaghetti, pecorino cream and mix all together.
5. Serve and enjoy this amazing Italian dish.
