INGREDIENTS
220g (2 1/2 cups) of pecorino cheese
Pepper
120g of egg whites
Oil for frying

METHOD
1. In a bowl add the pecorino cheese, pepper, and egg whites and mix to combine.
2. Form the balls and transfer them to the pan with hot oil. Fry until they are golden brown.
3. Serve them all together on a serving plate.
