Passion fruit cheesecake: how to prepare this amazing dessert

Ingredients:
CHEESECAKE BASE:
80g biscuits
30g butter
WHITE CHOCOLATE CREAM:
200g spreadable cheese
60g sugar
5g gelatin in sheets
25g cold water
200g fresh cream
80g white chocolate
PASSION FRUIT JELLY:
130g passion fruit puree
30g water
3g gelatin in sheets
15g cold water
Directions:
1. Base: blend the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter. Crush them on the base of the mold and refrigerate.
2. White chocolate cream: soak the gelatin. Separately, mix the cheese with white chocolate and sugar. Then add the melted gelatin and whipped cream. Pour the mixture onto the base and place in the freezer for 2 hours.
3. Gelatin: put the gelatin to soak. Heat the puree with 30 g of water and then add the gelatin. Let cool and then pour over the cheesecake.
4. Put in the freezer for 2/3 hours.
