Ingredients:

CHEESECAKE BASE:

100g biscuits

7g cocoa powder

40g butter

YOGURT CREAM:

270g spreadable cheese

100g sugar

270g fresh cream

7g gelatin in sheets

35g cold water

190g unsweetened yogurt

WATERMELON JELLY:

180g watermelon pulp

20g icing sugar

7g gelatin in sheets

35g cold water

Chocolate chips

DECORATION:

Watermelon

Mint

Directions:

1. Base: blend the biscuits and mix them with the cocoa and melted butter. Crush them on the base of the mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2. Yogurt cream: put the gelatin to soak. Mix the cheese with the sugar. Add the whipped cream, yogurt and melted gelatin. Pour the cream onto the base and place in the freezer for an hour.

3. Watermelon jelly: soak the jelly. Mix the watermelon pulp with the icing sugar and the melted gelatin. Pour the gelatin on the cream layer and add the chocolate chips.

4. Put in the freezer for 3 hours and then enjoy.
