Eggplants hummus: how to make this incredible recipe

Ingredients:
1 medium eggplant
1 head of garlic
Olive oil 40 ml
Salt and pepper
Cooked chickpeas 250g
Sweet paprika
Cumin 7g
Half a lemon juice
2 tablespoons of tahini sauce
Directions:
1. Place an eggplant and a head of garlic on the baking sheet.
2. Drizzle with oil and bake at 190° for 20 minutes.
3. Remove the eggplant peel and place it in a bowl.
4. Then add the garlic, oil, salt, pepper, chickpeas, paprika, cumin, lemon juice and tahini sauce.
5. Blend everything and enjoy this delicious hummus.
