Caramel, mousse and chocolate sponge cake: the dessert to die for

Ingredients:
3 eggs
80 g sugar
1 pinch of salt
30 ml oil
50 ml milk
80 g all purpose flour
20 g cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
Caramel:
150 g sugar
70 g butter
110 g cream
1 pinch of salt
Mousse:
100 g dark chocolate
100 g milk chocolate
100 g heavy cream
60 ml milk and water
10 g gelatin powder
To decorate:
150 g chocolate
30 g oil
Directions:
1. Batter: mix the eggs with the sugar, salt, oil and milk. Separately, mix the powdered ingredients and add them to the rest. Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
2. Prepare the caramel in a pan and set aside.
3. Mousse: melt the two types of chocolate and then dissolve the gelatin in the milk. Whip the cream and add everything.
4. Assemble the cake and leave in the fridge for 4/5 hours.
5. Melt the chocolate with the oil and cover the cake.
