White cheesecake: the mouthwatering dessert to die for

Ingredients:
190 g sugar
100 g butter
10 g vanilla sugar
5 eggs
1 kg ricotta
1 lemon zest
25 g corn starch
200 g cream
1-2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Mix the sugar with the butter.
2. Then add the vanilla sugar, eggs, ricotta, lemon zest and corn starch.
3. Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 150 ° for 60/70 minutes.
4. Whip the cream with the icing sugar.
5. Cover the cheesecake and decorate it.
