Coconut and jam biscuits: how to make this amazing recipe

Ingredients:
2 eggs
80g sugar
8g vanilla flavoring
100g Seed oil
Zest of 1 lemon
450g all-purpose flour
Baking yeast 9g
pinch of salt
 
250g Coconut
70ml orange juice
250 apricot jam
 
Directions:
1. Dough: in a bowl mix the eggs with sugar and vanilla. Then add oil, lemon zest, flour, yeast and salt.
2. Form a homogeneous dough and then divide it into balls of about 9 g each.
3. Arrange them on a baking tray and bake at 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
4. Mix orange juice and jam.
5. Pass the biscuits inside and then pass them in the coconut.
