Cream ladyfingers dessert: delicate and easy to make

INGREDIENTS
150g of ladyfingers
200ml (1 cup) of milk
2 egg yolks
80g (1/4 cup) of sugar
40g (1/3 cup) of corn starch
50ml lemon juice
600ml (3 cups) of milk
Cocoa powder
200ml (1 cup) of milk
2 egg yolks
80g (1/4 cup) of sugar
40g (1/3 cup) of corn starch
50ml lemon juice
600ml (3 cups) of milk
Cocoa powder
METHOD
- Dip cookies into the milk for a second.
- Transfer to the mold.
- In a pan add yolks, sugar, cornstarch, and milk cook until thick, and add in lemon juice.
- Pour onto the cookies, refrigerate for 2-3 hours, and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
