Ladyfingers banana roll cake: just a few ingredients to make a beautiful dessert in no-time!

It's impossible to resist, it's sure to become your favorite dessert!

INGREDIENTS

• 20 ladyfinger biscuits

• 2 cups milk

For custard;

• 300ml milk

• 3 tbsp flour

• 1 tbsp cornstarch

• 1/2 cup powdered sugar

• 1 tsp vanilla

• 1 tsp butter

• 3 bananas

For decoration;

• Whipped cream

• pistachios

METHOD
1. Dip cookies in milk, put on the plastic wrap and leave for a couple of minutes (to become soft)

2. In a saucepan, mix all the ingredients for the cream and cook until it thickens.

3. Pour the cream on the cookies, spread it and add 3 bananas.

4. Wrap and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

5. Decorate with cream and pistachios.
