Pistachio parfait: the creamy and tasty recipe to absolutely try

Ingredients:
Parfait:
400g fresh cream
100g condensed milk
85g pistachio paste
150g strawberry pulp
50g water
8 ladyfingers
PISTACHIO CREAM:
65g white chocolate
40g cream
10g pistachio paste
SEALS:
Strawberries
Directions:
1. Semifreddo: whip the cream and then add the condensed milk, pistachio paste and transfer the mixture into a pastry bag.
2. Mix the strawberry pulp with the water to wet the ladyfingers.
3. Assemble the semifreddo and leave it in the freezer for 4/5 hours.
4. Cream: mix the white chocolate with the cream and the pistachio paste.
5. Decorate and serve the parfait.
