Chocolate cake with shortcrust pastry: simple, fast and so delicious

Ingredients:
Shortcrust pastry:
150 g butter
50 g powdered sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
45 ml milk
380 g flour
5 g baking powder
Caramel:
115 g sugar
50 g butter
80 g cream
1 pinch of salt
Cream:
500 g cream cheese
40 g powdered sugar
75 g chocolate
200 g whipped cream
Topping:
150 g chocolate
30 ml oil
Directions:
1. Waffles: in a bowl mix the icing sugar with butter, milk and egg. Separately, mix flour, salt and baking powder. Add to the rest and form a homogeneous mixture. Divide it into 8 portions and put them in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2. Caramel: melt the sugar in a pan and then add the butter, cream and salt.
3. Cream: mix the cream cheese with the whipping cream and the icing sugar. Then add the chocolate and integrate with the rest.
4. Form the wafers and bake them at 200 ° for 5-7 minutes.
5. Assemble the cake and cover it with chocolate.
