Ricotta sweet cake: the delicious and creamy recipe to try right now

Ingredients:
3 eggs
150 g sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
salt
500 gr fresh ricotta
50 g semolina flour
100 ml milk (or kefir)
50 g butter
30 g corn starch

Directions:
1. Divide the yolks from the whites.
2. Mix the semolina with the milk (or kefir) and let it rest for 10 minutes.
3. Mix the ricotta with the egg yolks, butter, starch and mixture with the milk.
4. Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff.
5. Combine the two compounds and pour the mixture into a mold.
6. Bake at 160 degrees for 60 minutes.
