Apple and ricotta cake: the fluffy recipe to absolutely try

Ingredients:
250g of flour
250g of ricotta
3 large apples
180g of sugar
100g of fresh milk
3 large eggs
70g of butter
16g baking powder
20g of cane sugar to sprinkle on the surface
Directions:
1. First, whip the eggs with the sugar, then add the melted butter.
2. Then add the ricotta, the milk and continue to whisk together.
3. Add the flour, baking powder and mix again.
4. Add the diced apples and mix everything well.
5. Pour the mixture into the mold and arrange the apples on the surface.
6. Then add some brown sugar.
7. Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
