Cream puff pastry: a delicious recipe to absolutely try

Ingredients:
Dough:
60 g milk
60 g water
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 pinch of salt
60 g butter
90 g flour
3 eggs
Cream:
250 g caramelized condensed milk
250 g whipping cream
Icing:
50 g milk chocolate
20 g whipping cream
Directions:
1. Dough: pour water and milk into a saucepan, add salt, sugar and butter. Add the flour and mix well until the dough comes off the pan. Transfer it to a bowl and add the eggs.
2. Put the dough in the pastry bag, form the cream puffs and bake them at 200 ° for 15 minutes and then at 170 ° for another 15 minutes.
3. Cream: whip the cream and add the condensed milk. Mix everything until you have a frothy mixture.
4. Stuff the cream puffs and decorate them with the chocolate glaze (just melt the chocolate in the cream).
