Kiwi sponge cake: the delicious dessert to make in no time

Ingredients:
3 kiwi
170 g sugar
70 g seed oil
130 g warm milk
a pinch of salt
3 eggs
300 g flour 00
1 tablespoon potato starch
Baking powder
1 kiwi for decoration
Directions:
1. Peel and cut the kiwi first.
2. Put them into a bowl and add sugar, seed oil, milk, salt, eggs, flour, potato starch and baking powder.
3. Blend all together and pour the batter into a mold.
4. Cover the batter with kiwi slices.
5. Bake at 356°F (175°/180°) for about 15 minutes.
