Chocolate mousse and raspberries cake: the beautiful and tasty dessert

Ingredients:
SPONGE CAKE:
2 eggs
60 g of sugar
60 g of "00" flour
20 g of milk
20 g of seed oil
COOKIE BASE:
100 g of biscuits
30 g of butter
DARK MOUSSE:
200 g of milk
250 g of cream
50 g of sugar
130 g of dark chocolate
6 g of gelatin in sheets
RASPBERRY GELEE:
150 g of raspberries
30 g of sugar
20 g of water
1/2 lemon juice
3 g of gelatin
 
Directions:
1. Sponge cake: whisk the egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks form. Then add the egg yolks, sifted flour, milk and oil. Pour the mixture onto a baking tray and bake at 190 degrees for 10 minutes.
2. Biscuit base: blend the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter. Crush the mixture into the mold and leave in the fridge.
3. Mousse: soak the gelatin. Then melt the dark chocolate and add the hot milk. Add the gelatin and then mix everything with the whipped cream. At this point, mount the cake.
4. Finally, make the raspberry jelly and pour it over the cake. In the freezer for two hours and then serve.
