Potato and bacon roses: original, simple and tasty appetizer to try

Ingredients:
2 potatoes
18-20 bacon slices
50 g of parmesan cheese
Salt
Oregano
Directions:
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut them in thin slices.
Season the potatoes with salt and oregano.
Spread the bacon slices and make the roses.
Put them into muffin mold.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180° for about 40 minutes.
