Ingredients:

250 g of dry biscuits

100 g of toasted peanuts

560 g of sour cream

280 g of caramel condensed milk

150 g of milk chocolate

30 g of vegetable oil

50 g of chopped toasted peanuts

Directions:

1. Chop both biscuits and peanuts into a blender, then mix the two.
2. Aside, mix sour cream and caramel condensed milk until blended.
3. Assemble the dessert alternating layers of cream and layers of chopped biscuits.
4. Cool the cake in the fridge overnight.
5. Mix oil and chocolate, then melt them in the microwave. Add some chopped peanuts.
6. Use this mix to cover and refine the cake’s surface.
7. Let cool again before serving.
