Savory stuffed crepes: how to make an easy and tasty meal

Ingredients:
Onion 1
Olive oil
salt
Cherry tomatoes 350 gr.
Chili pepper
Potatoes 400 gr.
Smoked bacon 150 gr
black pepper
Eggs 3
Milk 250 ml
Flour 150 gr
salt
Vegetable oil 10 ml
Cheese 150 gr.
Butter
 
Directions:
1. Fry the onion in a pan and add the tomatoes, salt and pepper.
2. Boil and mash the potatoes.
3. Fry the bacon and add it to the potatoes.
4. Mix the eggs with the milk, flour, salt and oil.
5. Cook the crepes and fill them.
6. Brown them in a pan with the butter.
