Puff pastry squares: how to make an easy and tasty dessert

Ingredients:
1 puff pastry sheet
For the jam:
50 gr raspberries
80 gr strawberries
50 gr blueberries
50 gr blackberries
120 gr sugar
Directions:
1. First, prepare a very fast jam. In this house it will be with berries but it can be prepared with any fruit.
2. Shape the dough into squares, stuff them and make the stuffed squares.
3. Then brush an egg yolk and sprinkle some sugar.
4. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 15 minutes.
