Bread cones with cheese: the original and delicious recipe

Ingredients:

375 gr flour

7 gr dry yeast

1 tablespoon of sugar

1 teaspoon of salt

1 egg

3 tablespoons of melted butter

250 ml warm water

Directions:

1. In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, egg, butter and water.

2. Knead everything for 5 minutes, then let it rise for 90 minutes.

3. Divide the dough in two and roll out the two loaves.

4. Fill them with butter, cheese and chives.

5. Form the rolls and let them rest for 30 minutes.

6. Then bake at 356°F (180°) for 20-25 minutes.
