Fried tortilla cone: a great solution for a delicious appetizer!

An easy and quick idea to make something amazing with a simple tortilla!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
80g (2/3 cup) Flour
80g (2/3 cup) Breadcrumbs
Chicken breast
Cherry tomatoes halves
Salad
Pita
 
METHOD
  1. Dip chicken breast into the flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
  2. Fry in the hot oil for about 3 minutes from each side.
  3. Fry the pita in the shape of a cone, fill it with sliced chicken, tomatoes and salad.
