INGREDIENTS
8 bread slices
2 tomatoes
100g of smoked tuna
3 tbsp of mayonnaise

METHOD
1. Roll out and cut each bread slice into half and fasten with toothpicks on the top. Bake at 180’C (350’F) for 5 minutes.
2. In a bowl mix together chopped tomatoes, tuna, and mayonnaise.
3. Fill baked bread pockets with the prepared mixture.
