Homemade fig jam: how to prepare a delicious recipe

Ingredients:
1 kg of ripe figs
250 gr granulated sugar
1/2 filtered lemon juice
Directions:
1. Cut the figs and place them in a bowl.
2. Then add sugar, lemon juice and mix well.
3. Leave to macerate in the fridge overnight.
4. Then cook the mixture over low heat for about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
5. Fill the jars and seal them hermetically by boiling them for 30 minutes.
