Apple buns: how to prepare this fluffy and delicious recipe

Ingredients:
1 apple
250 gr flour
1½ teaspoon of dry yeast
3 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 egg, beaten
3 tablespoons of melted butter
125 ml of hot milk
Chopped almonds
Powdered sugar for dusting
Directions:
1. Cut the apple into cubes and mix with the flour.
2. Then add the yeast, sugar, salt, egg, melted butter and warm milk.
3. Let it sit for 60-90 minutes.
4. Then divide the dough into 8 parts and form the sandwiches.
5. Let them rest for 30 minutes and then brush a beaten egg.
6. Bake at 356°F(180°) for 25 minutes.
