Naan bread: the easy recipe to make it delicious

Ingredients:
500 gr flour
150 ml warm milk
150 ml hot water
1 teaspoon of salt
20 gr of brewer's yeast
3 tablespoons of olive oil
To brush:
Butter, parsley and garlic

Directions:
1. Dissolve the yeast in water and milk.
2. Pour the mixture into the flour and add the olive oil.
3. Mix well and add the salt.
4. Form a homogeneous mixture and let it rise until doubled.
5. Divide into 4 parts and let stand until doubled.
6. Roll them out and let them rest for another 30 minutes.
7. Cook in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
