Vanilla ice cream: the recipe to make it at home

Ingredients:

400 ml whipping cream (powder or liquid)

200 ml cold milk

1 egg

2 tablespoons of sugar

2 sachets of vanillin

Directions:

1. Whip the cream with the cold milk.

2. Separately, mix the egg with the sugar.

3. Add the rest and also add the vanillin.

4. Assemble everything and leave in the freezer overnight.
