Shredded chicken balls: how to make this amazing meal

Ingredients:
For the pickled chicken:
600 gr of chicken
1 onion
1 carrot
5 or 6 garlic cloves
Laurel, pepper, cloves, rosemary
120 ml olive oil
120 ml of white wine
80 ml of vinegar
300 ml of water
For the salad:
600 gr of potatoes
2 eggs
100 gr of cooked corn
Somepickled gherkins
Mayonnaise: 
50 ml of milk
150 ml of sunflower oil
A few drops of lemon or vinegar
Salt
 
Directions:
1. Cut the chicken and fry it in a pan with oil.
2. In another pan cut and put onion, carrot, garlic, laurel, pepper, cloves, rosemary and fried chicken.
3. Pour also wine, vinegar and water. Let all cook.
4. Boil potatoes and eggs.
5. Shred the chicken and mix it with chopped eggs, potatoes, corn and pickled gherkins.
6. Make the balls and enjoy them.
