Millefeuille cake: the creamy, crispy and delicious recipe

Ingredients:
3 packs Puff pastry
5 egg yolks (80 g)
2 eggs (110 g)
250 grams of granulated sugar
80 gr of rice starch
1 vanilla bean
1 liter of fresh whole milk
Preparation:
1. First roll out the pastry, pierce it and bake at 200 ° until golden brown.
2. Mix the egg yolks with sugar, starch and vanilla.
3. Heat the milk and then add to the mixture.
4. Let it thicken and add the butter.
5. Assemble and serve the millefeuille.
