Baked sweet potato: the recipe for a tasty side dish

Ingredients:

1 sweet potato

2-3 garlic teeth

1 teaspoon of thyme

1 teaspoon of red pepper

1 teaspoon of rosemary

1 teaspoon of oregano

1/2 teaspoon of ginger

1/2 teaspoon of turmeric

Salt to taste.

Ground black pepper

3 tablespoons of olive oil

1 teaspoon of honey

Directions:

1. Mix all the spices and set aside.

2. Wash and cut the potato.

3. Insert the potato sticks into the bowl with spices.

4. Add olive oil and honey.

5. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 20-30 minutes.
