Potato fritters: how to prepare this crispy and tasty recipe

Ingredients:
500 gr of Potatoes
100 gr of cooked ham
black pepper
salt
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of flour
Parsley
50 gr of cheese
Vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Grate the potatoes and sift them to remove the liquids.
2. Then add the ham, pepper and salt.
3. Beat the eggs and add the flour, parsley and cheese.
4. Form the pancakes and cook in a pan with oil.
