Mango cheesecake: the creamy and mouthwatering dessert

Ingredients:
BASE:
100g cookies
40g melted butter
MANGO CREAMCHEESE:
6g gelatine
200g cream cheese
100g mango puree
30g sugar
40g condensed milk
80g white chocolate
150ml cream
20g sugar
MANGO GELATINE:
35g sugar
150g water
150g mango puree
6g gelatine
Directions:
1. Base: blend the biscuits and mix with the melted butter. Then mash the mixture on the bottom of a mold. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
2. Put the gelatine in cold water and let it rest.
3. Mix the cheese with sugar, condensed milk, white chocolate and mango puree.
4. Squeeze and dissolve the gelatin, then add to the cream.
5. Whip the cream with 20 g of sugar and add to the cream.
6. Pour on the base and put in the freezer for 2 hours.
7. Gelatin: bring sugar, water and puree to the fire. Then add the gelatin and let it cool in the fridge.
8. Then pour over the cheesecake and leave in the freezer for 4 hours.
