Tomatoes crepes: the alternative way to make this classic recipe!

INGREDIENTS
750g tomatoes
2 eggs
10g baking powder
250ml (1 cup) milk
15g sugar
30ml (4 tbsp) vegetable oil
8g salt
dill to taste
basil to taste
140g (5 tbsp) flour
Ham sliced
Mozzarella cheese sliced
METHOD
- In a bowl add chopped tomatoes, eggs and milk.
- Blend with a hand blender. Add in sugar, salt, oil, flour, baking powder, and chopped dill with basil.
- Add some mixture onto the hot pan and fry from both sides.
- Fill each with ham and cheese slices and wrap it.
- Put in the oven for 10 minutes at 170’C (340’F).
