Fruits tartlets: the recipe to make a simple dessert rich of flavor

Ingredients:
120g cold unsalted butter
100g fine sugar
40g almond meal
235g pastry flour (low protein flour
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
a pinch of salt
Chocolate Ganache:
200g dark chocolate
200ml heavy cream
Decorate:
fruits/berries as you prefer
Whipped cream
Directions:
1. In a mixer blend butter, sugar, almond meal and flour.
2. Then add the egg, vanilla and salt.
3. Place the dough into the mold and bake at 356°F/180° for 15/18 minutes.
4. Melt the chocolate with heavy cream and fill the tartlets.
5. Add fruits and whipped cream.
