How to make a delicious dessert in a jar!

This method is genius! 
 
INGREDIENTS
• 1 tbsp gelatin
• 50ml /1.8oz water
• 400ml /14oz yogurt
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
• 2 kiwi
• 300g strawberries
• 2 tsp powdered sugar
• 2 tsp lemon juice
 
METHOD
  1. Dissolve gelatin in water. Add the powdered sugar and dissolved gelatin to the yogurt.
  2. Place the jars in an incline and pour the yogurt mixture into them. Cool.
  3. Cut fruit and pour lemon juice, add icing sugar. Arrange the fruit in glasses.
