Sponge lemon donut: the easy recipe to make a delicious dessert

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 pinch of salt
1 glass of white sugar
grated zest of an organic lemon
5 tablespoons of lemon juice
half a glass of vanilla-flavored soy
7 tablespoons of corn oil
2 glasses of soft wheat flour 00
1/2 sachet of baking powder

Directions:
1. Mix the eggs with salt and sugar.
2. Add the lemon zest and juice.
3. Add milk, oil, flour and yeast.
4. Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 340°F/170° for 45/50 minutes.
