Paradise donut: soft, delicious and easy to make!

INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
3 eggs
250g (2 cups) flour
100g (7 tbsp) melted butter
150g (¾ cup) sugar
lemon and orange zest
a pinch of salt
12g (3 tsp) baking powder
For the cream:
200 ml (1 ¾ cup) whipping cream
20g (1 tbsp) honey
White chocolate
METHOD
- In a bowl whisk eggs. Add lemon and orange zest, sugar and baking powder. Mix it and add melted butter, salt and flour. Whisk well.
- Pour into baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 30 minutes.
- Whisk the whipping cream and honey. When baked, cut the dough in half and coat with cream.
- Decorate with white chocolate. Serve.
