Homemade Ladi Pav: the original recipe for a very fluffy dessert!

They are surprisingly simple to make and tastes so much better than the store-bought ones!

INGREDIENTS
300ml (1 ¼ cup) milk, warm
2 tsp sugar
7g dry yeast
450g (3 cups) flour
½ tsp salt
60ml (1/4 cup) milk
2 tbsp butter, softened

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together milk, sugar and yeast. Add in flour, butter and salt, let it rest for about an hour.
  2. Divide the dough into 9 balls and transfer it to the baking pan, let it rest for 20 minutes more and brush it with milk.
  3. Bake at 180°C ( 350°C) for 2 hours. Grease with butter and cover with a wet towel for 15 minutes.
