It is an Italian cream rum cake that requires no baking. It is so rich and delicious.

INGREDIENTI
• 300g lady finger biscuits
• 100g chocolate chips
• 3 egg yolks
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 400ml milk
• 300ml water
• 3 tbsp alchermes
• 2 tbsp sugar
METHOD
1. Add eggs, add sugar, starch and vanilla to the saucepan

2. Pour some milk and mix well to combine.
3. Add the remaining milk and set aside.
4. Cook until cream thickens.
5. Pour water and sugar into another saucepan and heat until sugar melted.
6. Allow the syrup to cool.
7. As soon as the syrup has cooled, add alchermes.
8. Soak the lady fingers in the syrup and put in a rectangular form.
9. Pour half of the cream on the biscuits and add a handful of chocolate chips.
10. Make a second layer of biscuits and cover with cream again.
11. Add chocolate chips, and chill for 3-4 hours.
