Ingredients:
200 gr of minced meat
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 small cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of Parmesan
parsley
Olive oil
500/600 ml of tomato puree
salt

Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the minced meat, eggs, 1 clove of garlic, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley and salt.
2. In a saucepan, sauté garlic and oil, then add the tomato puree, a glass of water and very little salt.
3. Form the meatballs and place them in the pot.
4. Cover and cook the meatballs in the sauce.
