Chocolate croissant: the fast recipe with only 2 ingredients

Ingredients:
2 rectangular puff pastry rolls
150 g of hazelnut cream
1 egg yolk
Brown or granulated sugar
Directions:
1. Lay out the puff pastry.
2. Spread it with hazelnut cream using a spatula.
3. Cover with the other puff pastry roll.
4. Place it in the fridge for 1 hour.
5. When it's cold, cut some triangles using a pizza cutter.
6. Roll them to make the typical croissant shape.
7. Brush their surface with some whisked egg yolked.
8. Decorate with brown or granulated sugar.
9. Bake at 200 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
