2 ingredients sweet fritters: they will be a hit!

You only need 2 ingredients to make a delicious treat in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
 250 g (8.8 oz) ’00’ flour;
 200 ml (7 fl. oz) full-fat cream, sweetened;
 Powdered sugar, chocolate ganache for serving.
 
METHOD
  1.  Mix flour with sweetened cream and knead to form a smooth dough. Set aside for 1 hour.
  2.  Roll out the dough and cut into rectangles. Make slits in the middle, then fry the dough pieces for 2-3 minutes or until golden.
  3.  Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar with some chocolate ganache on the side.
