Black Forest cake: the recipe for easy and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
- For the base:
6 eggs
160 g of sugar
120 g of flour
150 g of dark chocolate
140 g of butter
8 g of baking powder
- For the filling:
1 l of whipping cream
110 g of powdered sugar
200 g of cherries in syrup
- For the syrup:
40 g of kirsch liquor
270 g of cherries syrup
- For decoration:
200 g of dark chocolate flakes
Cherries in syrup
Directions:
1. Melt the butter and dark chocolate in the microwave, the let cool.
2. Separate yolks and whites.
3. Whip the whites.
4. Mix sugar and egg yolks using electrical whisks.
5. Mix in the chocolate you melted before.
6. Lastly, add the whites you whipped before by mixing from bottom to the top.
7. Pour the batter in a cake pan (22 cm diameter) covered in baking paper.
8. Bake in a ventilated oven at 170 degrees for 40 minutes.
9. Cut off the cake's superficial layer, then divide in into two layers.
10. Whip the cream with some powdered sugar.
11. Mix liquor and cherries syrup.
12. Now you can assemble your dessert, alternating cake layers wet with the mix of liquor and cherries, whipped cream and some cherries.
13. Finish by covering the cake with the superficial layer you cut off before.
14. Cover with whipped cream, and use it to refine the cake's edges too.
15. Decorate with some chocolate chips, whipped cream peaks and other cherries.
